How do I purchase BAM Active Gear?

First of all, we love you and we couldn’t be more thankful for your support in wanting to purchase from us. Now to get that happening so you can rock out in your BAM gear. It’s pretty easy, simply jump onto www.bamactive.com, (hint, you're already here) click on the item(s) you need in your life, select your size and then follow the steps through the check out and viola, success. 

What if I’m having trouble making an order?

Having trouble? Not good. We are here to help, just flick us an email at hello@bamactive.com and one of our BAM Customer Service Team Members will be in contact with you to assist you ASAP.

Do I have to make an account?

Absolutely not. If you don’t feel comfortable about making an account with us for any reason, please feel free not to. However it is much easier and quicker to store your information for future purchases if you decide to purchase again (and we really hope you do). 

How long will shipping take?

Well that depends where you are really and what method of shipping you choose. If you’re shipping within Australia and choose to ship express, then you’ll receive your parcel within 1-2 business days. If you choose Regular shipping within Australia, it can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. 

If you are in a country outside of Australia and choose express, it will usually reach you within 2-7 business days. Standard post definitely takes a lot longer, between 5-15 business days. 

Will my order be tracked?

Yes, all our shipping methods we use are trackable. Although please note, if you are choosing International Regular Shipping and Domestic shipping within Australia, there is no signature option on delivery, so please make sure your delivery premises are secure. 

What if I change my mind about my order and want a refund?

We get it, really. Sometimes online shopping can be dangerous when it comes to sizing or how it will look on your body, like you get it and it’s NOT what you were picturing at all, like you think you end up looking like an actual potato! Trust me we’ve all been there and it aint cool. Anywayyyyyy, yes you can totally send your item back if you change your mind. As long as you return the item within 14 days of receiving it, we will issue you a refund.  

What if I receive a faulty item?

Nooooooo, we really hope this doesn’t happen. And if it does, we can’t apologise enough! If you find you receive faulty gear (and we really hope not) please email us at returns@bamactive.com so we can get it all fixed up for you ASAP. And we definitely cover the cost of returns shipping for you if your item is faulty. 

What if I never receive my item?

Well that is bummer! And we are really sorry to hear that, but once we have dropped off your item to the courier, it is completely out of our hands. Best way to ensure your parcel travels safely is to always use express shipping, as you get a tracking number and it's super easy to find the information if your parcel is ever lost. 

The item I want says it’s out of stock, will you be making more?

If the item says “OUT OF STOCK” You bet your bottom dollar we will be making more, you just sit tight and follow us on @bamactive on Instagram to find out when it will be available to purchase. If it says “NO LONGER AVAILABLE” we won’t be making that product again. However there is the chance that if we get a really high demand of that product and we have all available sources to make more, we might just consider it! 

Where are your products made?

We manufacture in Bali, Indonesia. Why? Because Bali is literally a second home to us.

Every time we travel to Bali, the people bend over backwards to help us, so we want to be able to do the same by supporting them. By producing BAM Active gear in Bali, we are helping our factories to keep them secure within a job that offers them a real wage, a safe working space and living benefits. We pride ourselves on making sure the factory and workers are always treated with care and up to standard with the law. It's the little things, like making sure the staff at the factory families have their Health Insurance completely covered by their job. It definitely puts a smile on our face to know that we help make that happen, and that YOU help make that happen. 

Where are your fabrics from?

All over the place. We are constantly sampling fabrics to make sure we have nothing but the best for our customers and that means searching far and wide to do that. 

How do I cancel an order?

Awww man, we hate that you have to cancel but that’s ok, we get it, no probs.

Just makes sure you email us at hello@bamactive.com within 2 hours of purchasing and we will get it or cancelled up for you. I know what you might be thinking, 2 hours, gee that’s a bit unfair right? Well the thing is, we pride ourselves on getting your order to you as soon as we can, and sometimes we surprise ourselves how quick we get it out the door, so 2 hours is sometimes all the time we have to intercept that order being shipped. 

How much will customs fees be if I’m not in Australia?

Good question! Unfortunately, it varies for every country and we can’t possibly tell you the price of your country import tax at that given time. So the best advice we can give you is to contact your local customs office before you purchase to find out the damage. And we swear it’s totally not our fault, definitely blame the government.
