Here at BAM Active we are passionate about making our customers happy and 100% satisfied. So please, if you have any concerns or something isn’t quite right with your purchase, please email us at to organise a return. 

We only have a few conditions when considering returning your item. For your items to be returned please make sure your gear has been unworn (tried on is fine), unwashed and is in the original condition that it was sent to you.

What if I changed my mind?

If any reason you've decided that you're just not feeling the product that you have purchased, simply return it to us within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will happily refund or exchange equal to the amount paid for each item (not including original shipping cost of the item has already been shipped to you). 

Are returns free?

We will happily cover or reimburse shipping costs when returning faulty items. Unfortunately we are unable to cover the costs for change of mind returns. 

How long does it take for my refund/exchange to be processed?

Here at BAM Active our customers always come first and we would hate to see you waiting longer than necessary to rock your gear in style, so we typically respond to your returns email within a day.

If you have requested an exchange, we will have your new gear shipped out as soon as we receive your returns. Unfortunately if we do not have your size or style in stock, we will do our best to arrange this be made as soon as possible for you. If it is not possible to arrange a new piece of gear for you, we will arrange a refund. 

What if my order arrives damaged or there is a fault?

Uh Oh! If this ever does occur (and we hope it never does) we are very sorry and we’d hope for you to immediately contact us at so we can get this sorted for you and for you to be a happy customer once again. We pride ourselves on quality control because we want you to LOVE your gear.
